The Scout fails to tell us which bar Joe works at, perhaps assuming (correctly) that we know already. First to name the bar in the comments wins a drink on Chip.
Joe's coat was thrifted in Brooklyn, which immediately makes it hipper than anything that can be thrifted in Larryville (click to enlarge).

Joe is a fine patron, doorman and barkeep at Harbor Lights. His jovial air makes that place just an eentsy bit less depressing. Although, Joe, you're fighting an uphill battle...
I owe you a beer, but Harbour is my least favorite of local nautically-named bars. Let's go to Yacht Club or the Sandbar.
Well, the Cap'n is now interested in exploring other seafaring locations. How about a drink at Anglers? Or Mariscos? Or Long John Silver's? And yes Chip, Harbor is an unfortunate location, especially about 6:30 on a non-gameday Wednesday...
Sneaking some beers into Long John Silver's and gorging oneself on hushpuppies is always a nice time. Though we've always preferred Captain D's.
